This property contains three lots in the Paradise Point section of historic Sandy Island with a total are of 75' along the channel and 100 feet deep. The property is only accessible by boat. This area is a popular summertime destination for boaters. The Nature Conservancy, oversees the 9,000-acre wildlife preserve, a rich ecosystem where rare plant life as well as screech owls, great blue herons, swallowtail kites, endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers and other animals live. The Nature Conservancy encourages visitors to enjoy all aspects of Sandy Island Preserve: the trails, forests and wetland habitats.
